Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in hospitality or live event management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to work from the New York City office as required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • Must have reliable transportation to various event locations

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience coordinating event logistics and on-site operations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience tracking event performance metrics
  • Ability to work in a contractor capacity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients

Job Duties

  • Manage event logistics coordinating with team members
  • Oversee event readiness including inventory and shipment management
  • Execute live event operations ensuring smooth delivery
  • Track and report event performance metrics such as leads and ROI
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and fulfill event vision
  • Anticipate and address challenges during event execution
  • Maintain high standards of project management and organizational efficiency
