Job Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality or live event management
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to work from the New York City office as required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- Must have reliable transportation to various event locations
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience coordinating event logistics and on-site operations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience tracking event performance metrics
- Ability to work in a contractor capacity
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
Job Duties
- Manage event logistics coordinating with team members
- Oversee event readiness including inventory and shipment management
- Execute live event operations ensuring smooth delivery
- Track and report event performance metrics such as leads and ROI
- Collaborate with clients to understand and fulfill event vision
- Anticipate and address challenges during event execution
- Maintain high standards of project management and organizational efficiency
