Brand Ambassadors are expected to thrive on conversation, quickly build trust, and authentically represent the Marvin legacy. Success in the role is rewarded with strong earnings potential — a guaranteed hourly pay of $18 combined with weekly bonuses for every qualified lead, without any cap on earnings. Top performers often make $1,000 or more per week, even on a part-time basis, achieving realistic hourly rates of $25 to $35 or more.

The role offers flexibility with shifts available during days, evenings, and weekends, requiring a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. Ambassadors will be supported through paid training and ongoing coaching, with opportunities to develop into long-term sales or leadership roles if desired.
