We are currently seeking a Shift Manager to join our team and help ensure smooth operation during every shift at our fast craft restaurant locations. This full-time management role places the successful candidate at the heart of daily restaurant operations, assisting the broader management team with overseeing staff performance, training initiatives, and overall customer service excellence. The Shift Manager plays a key role in motivating team members to deliver outstanding results and maintain an environment where customers want to return again and again.
