The company operates luxury hotels and resorts in key markets around the world, attracting discerning travelers seeking premium experiences. Four Seasons is powered by a diverse and passionate team of individuals who are dedicated to delivering excellence and embodying the company’s core values of respect, teamwork, and integrity.

The Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Miami Beach, Florida, is an iconic oceanfront property steeped in history and elegance. Located in the vibrant community of Surfside near Sunny Isles, this hotel blends timeless charm with modern luxury. Since its opening in 1930, The Surf Club has hosted generations of guests and dignitaries, becoming a landmark of sophistication and style on the Miami Beaches. The resort offers exquisite dining options, a world-class spa, and stunning beachside vistas, making it a premier destination for leisure and business travelers alike.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented In-Room Dining Coordinator to join the Food & Beverage team at The Surf Club. This full-time position plays a vital role in enhancing guest experiences by ensuring the smooth operation of in-room dining services. The Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for guests placing in-room dining orders, providing exceptional knowledge of the menu, including preparation methods and ingredients. The role requires excellent customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position demands a welcoming attitude and a commitment to upholding the high standards of Four Seasons hospitality.

The In-Room Dining Coordinator will be responsible for accurately taking and processing guest orders via telephone, using courteous and professional etiquette. Coordination with kitchen and dining staff to ensure timely and precise delivery of orders is essential. The Coordinator will verify that completed orders match guest requests, maintain food quality during service, and handle billing transactions accurately. This role requires a keen attention to detail to record guest charges and gratuities in line with hotel policies.

This opportunity offers excellent career development prospects within a prestigious luxury hotel environment. Team members benefit from comprehensive training programs, exposure to world-class service standards, and the chance to thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused culture. The position offers a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion, promoting growth and professional advancement. Four Seasons is committed to creating a world-class employee experience that empowers team members to deliver memorable experiences to guests, residents, and partners. Join us at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club and become part of a legacy of luxury and genuine care where every interaction is designed to enrich the guest experience and build lasting memories.
