The role of the restaurant front-of-house team member is essential to maintaining the welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere of Williams Island Club’s dining services. As a key point of contact for members and guests, this position requires an energetic, professional, and courteous individual who can deliver outstanding customer service from the moment guests arrive until their departure. The candidate must possess solid organizational and people skills, ensuring all interactions enhance the overall dining experience. Responsibilities include managing reservations and the waiting list, accurately setting guest expectations during periods of high volume, and coordinating effectively with managers, servers, and kitchen staff to promptly accommodate special requests. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment, handling phone inquiries, scheduling, and taking to-go orders.
