Guest Experience Experts are expected to embody professionalism at all times, including adherence to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting company assets. Physical activity is a key component of this role, as it involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with no prior supervisory experience or related work experience to start a rewarding career in luxury hospitality. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
