We are currently looking to hire a Host/Hostess for the night shift who will be a crucial part of our front-of-house team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests entering our establishment, setting the tone for their entire visit with your friendly and professional demeanor. This position requires someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who can manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Duties include greeting guests enthusiastically, managing reservations with our restaurant table management system, and coordinating seating to optimize table use and minimize wait times. You will also maintain guest and reservation logs to ensure smooth service during busy hours and assist guests by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Ability to work night shifts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer skills for reservation management
Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure

Support food service staff by ensuring tables are prepared and ready for new guests, adhering to food safety standards
