We are currently seeking enthusiastic and personable Cocktail Hostesses to join our dynamic team. The role of a Cocktail Hostess is pivotal in setting the tone for our nightly events, often described as a "party" that guests eagerly anticipate. As a Cocktail Hostess, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests with a smile, maintaining positive energy, and making meaningful eye contact to foster a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

In this role, you will ensure your station and lounge area are impeccably prepared before each shift, with all necessary supplies stocked to par. Maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the night is critical to providing a pleasant environment for our guests. Opening and closing side-work duties must be completed diligently every night, contributing to the smooth operation of the lounge.

Interaction with guests is a significant aspect of your duties. You will introduce yourself by name, offer food and martini menus, inform guests of current promotions, and make personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Providing knowledgeable answers about our food, beverages, entertainment options, and lounge services is essential to enhancing the guest experience.

You will also be responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly, ensuring service is both fast and courteous. Monitoring guests' dining experiences to confirm satisfaction and responding promptly to any requests or concerns will help uphold our high service standards. Encouraging repeat visits through excellent service and genuine appreciation of our guests' patronage is a key part of building lasting customer relationships.

Additionally, you will participate in promoting our True Blue Lady VIP program by issuing VIP cards to target female guests and enrolling them in MYBlueVIP. Adhering strictly to credit card and cash handling procedures, along with proper ID checking and responsible alcohol service, will ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

This role demands physical stamina, as you will be required to stand for long periods, lift and carry trays weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds, and work effectively under the demands of a fast-paced nightlife environment. Competency in basic math, cash handling, and operating a point-of-sale system is necessary to manage transactions smoothly.
