This full-time or part-time role does not require prior experience, making it accessible to motivated individuals eager to join a team-oriented workplace. The position offers opportunities for growth and learning through a comprehensive training program which includes orientation, policy adherence, and required certifications related to food and alcohol service. The Twin Peaks Girl Host must be able to work efficiently using computerized register systems, perform suggestive selling of menu items, and consistently deliver superior guest service from greeting to check settlement.
The physical demands of the job are significant, requiring stamina and mobility including standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting. Job Requirements
- No prior experience or training required
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures
- Must attend and successfully complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working unsupervised
- Must attend and successfully complete any required training in compliance with local and state regulations such as food and/or alcohol service certifications
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations
- Ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks
- Physically capable of standing, walking, using hands and fingers, talking, hearing, reaching with hands and arms
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Must be able to read and understand the menu
- Ability to write and ring in tickets
- Experience operating a computerized register system preferred
- Ability to suggestively sell menu items
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests to entertain
- Completion of Twin Peaks Girl training program
- Successful completion of any required training or certifications such as food and/or alcohol service
Job Duties
- Adhering to all Presentation Guidelines
- Interaction with and entertainment of guests
- Promotion of events and specials that promote the good will and profitability of the business
- Maintaining proper seating and rotation utilizing Host Concepts
- Best-in-class service and hospitality including greeting guests, executing food and drink orders, suggestive selling, ringing in orders, delivering food and drinks, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling the check
- Participating in themed costume parties in compliance with costume guidelines
- Performing any other duties or responsibilities as management may deem necessary
