The Food Service Manager position at Aramark is a pivotal management role that entails overseeing dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a dynamic menu.   • Requires occasional lifting up to 50 lb
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods

  • Follow operational excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
  • Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
  • Supervise team regarding production, quality, and control
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees
  • Follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to safety, health, wage and hour
  • Lead the front of house dining operation in conjunction with the Food Service Director
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver a finished product to the customer
