Job Requirements
- minimum of two to five years of culinary or kitchen management experience depending on formal degree or training
- a.o.s. degree in culinary arts or culinary certificate preferred
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to manage food cost controls
- experience in batch cooking or high volume cooking preferred
- excellent leadership and personnel management skills
- proficiency in english, bilingual english/spanish preferred
Job Qualifications
- a.o.s. degree in culinary arts or culinary certificate
- three to five years of culinary experience preferred

Job Duties
