Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior culinary leadership role
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L and kitchen operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate to Washington, DC area if necessary
