The position of Executive Chef at inWACO’s new commercial kitchen launching in May 2026 is a pivotal leadership role that involves overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality meal production. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing a team of kitchen staff, providing strategic direction, and maintaining strict compliance with food safety standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong culinary arts background and the ability to cultivate a positive, high-performance team culture. The Executive Chef will work closely with multiple departments and stakeholders to align kitchen operations with broader organizational goals, supporting the growth of local food businesses and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellence in every dish prepared.
