Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- retail and/or customer service experience required
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or equipment
- strong communication skills
- ability to engage with guests of all ages
- must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- must comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages by fostering a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and other party activities such as face painting
- facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- communicate event details clearly with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback and develop backup plans
- ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote rewards program and private label credit cards and complete enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- assist with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully with customers and team members
- cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
- perform other duties as assigned
