We are currently hiring an Event Marketing Manager in the San Antonio, TX area. This hybrid role involves working primarily remotely with 1 to 2 days a week in the San Marcos office. The position is designed for a high-energy professional with exceptional organizational and leadership skills who will oversee all aspects of event planning and execution. The Event Marketing Manager plays a critical role in enhancing Window Nation's brand visibility and driving lead generation through strategic participation in trade shows, festivals, home shows, and community events.
As a leader within the local marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the event marketing team to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and the achievement of performance goals. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and branch operations to maximize market growth and success. The manager will oversee event budgets, inventory, staffing, and scheduling to ensure flawless execution of events.
This position requires a minimum of two years of customer-facing leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods during events. Preferred qualifications include an associate's degree, experience in event marketing or related fields, strong leadership and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a self-motivated attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role may require up to 40 percent travel and availability to work weekends and/or evenings to support event schedules.
The annual salary for this position is $70,000, and it includes opportunities for bonuses. Job Duties
- Lead and execute event marketing strategies that generate qualified sales leads and strengthen brand presence
- Identify, negotiate, and manage participation in trade shows, festivals, community events, and local marketing opportunities
- Oversee event operations including budget management, inventory, staffing, scheduling, and overall execution
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage the event marketing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet performance goals
- Partner with marketing, sales, and branch operations to drive market growth and cross-functional success
- Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics ensuring lead generation goals and KPIs are met or exceeded
- Travel up to 40 percent and work weekends or evenings as required to support scheduled events
