As an Events Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to lead logistics, coordinate all elements of promotional campaigns, and represent well-known brands directly in front of live audiences. The Events Coordinator will act as the primary on-site lead during activations, ensuring that every aspect of the customer experience runs smoothly and to a high standard. Job Duties
- Coordinate the logistics and on-site delivery of brand activations, promotional events, and customer engagement campaigns
- Act as the on-site lead during activations, managing the customer experience and ensuring smooth execution
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all events run to schedule and to standard
- Engage professionally with customers and members of the public throughout each activation
- Compile post-event feedback, attendance data, and performance summaries for review
