Job Description

White Lodging is a prominent company specializing in the development and operation of a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants located in some of the nation’s most desirable cities to live. Known for its commitment to excellence and genuine hospitality, White Lodging creates environments that allow both guests and employees to thrive. The company holds a strong belief that hospitality is not merely a service but an experience—how you make people feel matters most. This philosophy is at the heart of every interaction and service provided across their venues, making White Lodging a leader in the hospitality industry.

The role offered is for an Event Manager, a vital position that bridges the gap between sales teams and customers to ensure the seamless execution of meetings and events. This employment opportunity is designed for a dynamic individual excited about event coordination and hospitality management. The Event Manager will be responsible for overseeing event processes from start to finish, working to maximize revenue through upsell enhancements and detailed planning. This position demands strong communication skills for coordinating between different departments and ensuring that every event detail aligns with the clients' needs.

The Event Manager at White Lodging will be expected to accurately forecast food and beverage revenue monthly and maintain billing accuracy, ensuring financial integrity in event operations. This role is not just about logistics but also about embodying a customer-first mindset, with a focus on providing exceptional service and attention to detail. The ideal candidate brings energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to work reliably and consistently. While experience in sales, catering, or banquet operations is preferred, it is not strictly required, opening this career path to motivated individuals eager to grow in the hospitality field.

White Lodging offers a comprehensive benefits package dating from day one that includes affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance under a PPO plan. Employees benefit from paid parental leave, short-term disability, free mental health care services, unlimited referral bonuses, vacation and paid time off with rollover options, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan with a company match. This robust package demonstrates the company's commitment to the wellness and professional development of its associates.

White Lodging is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and promotes an inclusive workplace environment. This commitment extends to all associates and potential employees, ensuring that each individual is valued and respected. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply, with the assurance that a recruiter will respond within 48 hours, emphasizing the company’s dedication to timely and respectful communication.
