Job Description

Sports Facilities Management, LLC (SFC) is a leading company specializing in the management and development of sports, recreation, wellness, and event facilities across the United States. Known for its highly collaborative and supportive culture, SFC places great emphasis on career growth and professional development for its team members. With a reputation as a Top Workplace, recognized nationally year after year, SFC fosters an environment centered on collaboration, accountability, excellence, and outstanding service. The company's entrepreneurial spirit and team-oriented approach make it a highly sought-after employer within the fast-growing sports and recreation industry. As the industry continues to expand rapidly, SFC strives to maintain its position at the forefront by hiring high-performing individuals passionate about creating dynamic experiences in sports and wellness facilities.

The role of Shared Marketing Manager at SFC encompasses leadership of marketing initiatives across multiple venue locations including Amarillo Netplex, The Refinery Fieldhouse + Event Center, and Chisenhall Fields Sports Complex. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this full-time exempt position involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for each venue to elevate brand presence and maximize customer engagement. This is a strategic role requiring multi-site management expertise, excellent digital marketing skills, social media proficiency, and a results-driven approach. Primary responsibilities include leading digital and traditional marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation such as blog posts, advertising copy, and graphic design; optimizing SEO; and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives. The Shared Marketing Manager will also be instrumental in participating in monthly and annual business planning, conducting marketing reviews, and facilitating key account communications to influence and refine venue marketing strategies at the highest level.

Furthermore, this role demands collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, managing budgets in partnership with General Managers, and ensuring efficient sponsorship fulfillment. Occasional travel (up to 15 percent) is required to engage with clients and oversee marketing operations directly. The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand building, client service, and fostering strong relationships while delivering measurable marketing results. This position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of multiple sports facilities under the SFC umbrella while working within a supportive and dynamic company culture focused on innovation and excellence in the sports management sector.
