JW Marriott also actively contributes to an inclusive and respectful workplace, valuing diverse backgrounds and fostering positive relationships among team members.

The Property Administrative Specialist at JW Marriott Dallas Arts District plays a crucial administrative role within the hotel's operations. This full-time, non-management position involves supporting multiple departments such as Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage by addressing a variety of administrative needs. Key responsibilities include preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheets, database, or presentation software. Moreover, the specialist serves as an essential point of contact for clients and vendors, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration throughout the event lifecycle—from pre-event planning to post-event follow-ups. The specialist also acts as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients, ensuring that all administrative aspects of events run seamlessly.

Success in this role requires commitment to maintaining a safe workplace, adherence to Marriott's policies and quality standards, and embodying professionalism through appropriate uniform and personal appearance. Positive interpersonal interactions and teamwork are fundamental, as is attentiveness to the concerns or feedback of fellow employees. Physical aspects of the role may involve moving and lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds, as well as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and performing movements such as bending and twisting. As an integral part of the JW Marriott team, the Property Administrative Specialist contributes significantly to the overall guest experience by ensuring efficient hotel operations and providing reliable administrative support.

Joining JW Marriott offers the chance to become part of a global brand known worldwide for hospitality excellence, joining passionate teams committed to growth, diversity, and superior service.
