Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and provide helpful information about hotel amenities and breakfast options
- Prepare and serve delicious breakfast items and beverages while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining and service areas according to brand standards
- Clear tables quickly and refresh buffet stations to ensure smooth service flow
- Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests or issues with calm confidence and creative solutions
- Collaborate with team members by assisting in dishwashing, restocking, and tidying up as needed
- Stay energized and professional throughout shifts, lifting and carrying items safely
