As a Complimentary AM Attendant at this hotel, you will be the early-day ambassador responsible for setting a positive tone each morning. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring guests start their day with a smile and a satisfying breakfast that exceeds expectations. Your responsibilities include expertly managing multiple tasks such as keeping the dining area clean, well-stocked, and organized according to brand standards, preparing enticing food and beverages, and providing warm and engaging customer service. You’ll act as a vital communication bridge for guests by answering questions about the hotel, its amenities, breakfast options, and local attractions, enhancing their overall stay with local knowledge and genuine hospitality.

Your day will involve multitasking with ease, including maintaining impeccable cleanliness of service areas, clearing tables swiftly, and refreshing buffet stations to ensure a seamless breakfast experience. You should be proactive in anticipating guest needs, handling special requests gracefully, and solving any issues creatively to preserve a stress-free environment for guests and colleagues alike. This role requires stamina and the ability to stay energized throughout your shift while consistently performing duties such as lifting and carrying items ranging from 20 to 50 pounds safely and efficiently. Thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and grace under pressure is key to success in this role.
