Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional, guest-first service by anticipating needs and supporting a memorable dining experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room, bar, and service areas
- Assist with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service flow throughout the shift
- Support servers and bartenders by stocking supplies, glassware, utensils, and service stations
- Possess working knowledge of food, beverage, and wine offerings appropriate to role
- Navigate the P.O.S. system as needed and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Execute opening, closing, and side work duties with attention to detail
