Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years related nightclub experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company operations, safety, finance, and human resource documents
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret extensive variety of instructions
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
Email communication skills
Working knowledge or ability to learn Aloha
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
Must be able to regularly work without sitting for period of up to four hours
Ability to work in noisy and dimly lit environments

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Use the Club Opening and Closing Checklists on a nightly basis to track completion of opening and closing procedures
Ensure the Tapas bar, Patio, Club, and Club wash rooms are clean, free from safety hazards, properly stocked, and well maintained at all times
Conduct frequent club inspections for cleanliness and safety
Stock bars with ice and supplies as necessary
Assist Bartenders and VIP Cocktail Servers with work tasks as requested, including table maintenance and bringing additional supplies
Maintain a clean and presentable work area
Watch for underage drinking at all times and immediately report any maintenance, security, or safety issues or concerns to a manager
