In this hourly position, Barbacks at Red Robin earn $15.95 per hour for a standard 40-hour workweek with the added opportunity to earn tips. There are flexible scheduling options available to accommodate work-life balance. Additionally, employees benefit from referral incentives and become eligible for the Stock Purchase Program after one year of service with a minimum of 20 hours worked per week. Healthcare benefits for individuals 18 and older include options for health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage. Financial security is supported through a 401(k) retirement savings plan with up to a 4% company match for eligible Barbacks who meet service and hour requirements. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to perform Barback responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in energetic, full-service restaurant environments as a Barback
- Preferred experience in Barback, bartending, or server roles
- Strong customer service skills
- Clear communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented Barback environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest support as a Barback by bringing energy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Assist with preparing and supporting beverage service with precision and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bar and surrounding service areas
