The role available is within one of Accor's distinguished properties, where the successful candidate will join a vibrant team dedicated to providing unparalleled service to guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the dining stations during all meal periods, ensuring that the guest experience is seamless and memorable. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between the front of house and the heart of the house, including stewarding operations, ensuring smooth communication and service coordination. Your duties will include clearing and resetting tables promptly, managing food order expedites, engaging authentically with guests by explaining menu items in detail, and adhering rigorously to hotel standards such as LQA and Forbes 5 Stars standards. The position also requires active participation in controlling costs and managing waste, maintaining order on the line, and ensuring plate presentation is impeccable. Job Requirements
- Must have minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in upscale F&B environment
- Must have exceptional organizational qualities and skills
- Must have friendly, helpful, engaging manner

Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
- Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
- Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as instructed
- Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- Sweep floors between guests and service accordingly
- Clean up spills and debris off the floor during and between service
- Discard trash to appropriate location
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Ensure plate presentation as per standards
- Expedite food orders when necessary
- Engage and genuinely interact with guests while anticipating their needs
- Explain food and beverage items in detail to our guests
- Follow all hotel standards, LQA standards, and Forbes 5 Stars standards while conducting self-audits to ensure 100% compliance on all interactions with guests
- Act as point of contact between Front of the House and Heart of the House including Stewarding
- Support and assist Servers, Bartenders, Chefs, and Managers
- Control costs and waste
- Maintain order on pickup side of line
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of line
- Be proactive by assisting co-workers
- Serve courses correctly
- Be familiar with all menu items and aspects and services of the property
- Clear excess dishes on table to maintain clean and orderly appearance
- Exceed guests' expectations
- Other duties as assigned
