The Seasonal Full-Time Bar Back position at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe plays a vital role in supporting the bar team and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar throughout busy service periods. As a Bar Back, you will assist bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, and cocktail supplies, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and supporting the team with detailed beverage knowledge. The role demands physical stamina as it involves handling heavy items like kegs and boxes safely and efficiently.

In addition to supporting bartenders, the Bar Back will have opportunities to engage with guests directly, greeting and assisting them, seating guests in the absence of the hostess, and promptly responding to guest needs or concerns. Proficiency with the Micros POS system is required for processing orders and transactions when necessary.
