The Busser/Barback role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless flow of service and the overall cleanliness and organization of all service areas including the dining room, bar, and lobby. In this role, Busser/Barbacks act as the essential support to Servers and Bartenders by ensuring that all areas are clean, sanitized, fully stocked, and visually appealing at all times. Tasks include assisting bartenders with clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing glassware and barware, and restocking supplies such as glassware and plateware. Additionally, Busser/Barbacks may be responsible for changing out kegs to ensure that the beers on tap remain fresh and readily available for customers.
