The role of Bartender at Pendry Hotels is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about spirits, wine, and food, and who are eager to turn their passion into a rewarding career. Bartenders at Pendry are entrusted with the responsibility of engaging one-on-one with guests, taking orders, making cocktails, upselling beverage and menu items, and consistently delivering top-notch service. This role also offers the scope for additional duties that might extend beyond typical bartending tasks based on business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
  • ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis

Job Qualifications

  • Prior bartending and micros or other systems experience
  • luxury hotel experience a plus
  • basic communication skills
  • trustworthy and have integrity
  • open to learning, developing, and growing yourself and helping others do the same

Job Duties
