Job Duties

Provide continuous attention to customer needs
Greet, assist, and thank customers promptly, courteously, and kindly
Offer product suggestions when appropriate
Store and rotate department products to ensure freshness and date control
Restock and use supply items efficiently to minimize waste and keep supply costs low
Operate department equipment and tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety hazard-free work area
Report defective equipment and hazards to management
Notify management about team member theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized markdowns, property defacement, or any illegal or policy-violating actions
Perform other related tasks as assigned
