The role involves a variety of hands-on kitchen duties, including scratch cooking, coordinating kitchen workflows, and ensuring food safety compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong culinary background combined with experience in fine dining, country club, restaurant, or senior living hospitality settings. A college degree or culinary school diploma is required, along with certifications such as ServeSafe preferred. Additionally, the Sous Chef must demonstrate manual dexterity, physical stamina, and the ability to communicate effectively in English to manage staff and engage with residents.

This includes a generous paid time off plan starting at three weeks in the first year and increasing thereafter, various insurance options, a 401K matching program, and access to upscale amenities including exquisite cuisine, free employee meals (subject to eligibility), as well as workout and spa facilities available for both residents and staff. The company also prides itself on fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where all employees are embraced and differences celebrated.
