The Sous Chef plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards that Fleming's is known for. The role requires a minimum of two years in kitchen supervisory or management experience, preferably within polished casual or fine dining establishments. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess a willingness to work a flexible schedule. Basic computer proficiency is also preferred.
