Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legal marriage for at least two years; both spouses should be aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; limitations on pets; willingness to abide by campus regulations regarding alcohol
