Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution in Hershey, PA, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents for disadvantaged youth, offering a nurturing family-like environment. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two-person job for legally married couples of at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including a smoke-free environment, no alcohol on duty, limitations on pets, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, demonstrate integrity, complete individual employment applications
