Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school in Hershey, PA, is seeking Youth Development Specialists. This unique role involves married couples residing on campus to provide guidance and support to a small group of students, offering a family-like environment and various student-related assistance.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including no alcohol on duty and limitations on pets; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED; able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
