Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a prestigious private school, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists, acting as flex houseparents for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are both age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; willingness to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; exhibit a high degree of integrity as role models for students
