Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private school offering a career-focused education, housing, and meals to students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school is fully endowed and provides comprehensive resources for both students and staff to thrive. They are currently seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of 8-12 students each.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; able to lift up to 50 lbs; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
