Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services; limitations on pets, no alcohol allowed while on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy
