Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Flex houseparents provide a nurturing family-like environment for students and play a vital role in supporting and guiding them in various aspects of their daily lives on campus. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are both aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
