Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents on-campus. This unique role entails guiding and nurturing students from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing a family-like environment and ensuring students’ well-being.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
