Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents. This unique role involves nurturing and guiding students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like environment, with all costs covered by the school.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two-person job for couples married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; no alcohol permitted on duty; limitations on pets (only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed); demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment application
