Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Couples serving as flex houseparents play a vital role in nurturing and guiding students in a family-like environment on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including a smoke-free and weapon-free environment, no alcohol on duty, and limited pet restrictions; possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services without proselytizing; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses to submit individual employment applications.
