Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, provides a comprehensive career-focused education for students from pre-K through 12th grade, offering housing, meals, and full coverage of all costs. The school is currently hiring couples to serve as flex houseparents, residing on campus and nurturing groups of students in a family-like atmosphere.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
