Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, provides a career-focused education and housing for students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school is fully endowed, offering all-encompassing support for students and staff to thrive. Married couples are sought to serve as flex houseparents, nurturing and guiding groups of 8-12 students in on-campus residences.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; capacity to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses to complete an individual employment application
