Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students in a family-like setting on campus, offering a comprehensive career-focused education.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free policies; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate integrity and act as role models; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
