Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering exceptional career-focused education and support to students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides all students with housing, meals, and a fully endowed environment to ensure their success. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as Flex Houseparents, living on campus to guide and nurture a small group of students in a family-like setting.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; must be a married couple legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; willingness to lead students in daily devotions and attend Sunday chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
