Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two-person job for couples married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; limit of three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; complete individual employment applications for both spouses
