Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist role at Milton Hershey School involves married couples serving as flex houseparents, residing on campus to mentor and guide a small group of students, ensuring their well-being and development in a family-like setting.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served backgrounds; two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage; both spouses age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity and act as role models for students; possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol while on duty; limitations on pets with only fish and one approved dog allowed; no more than three dependent children in the student home
