Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist role involves married couples serving as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a small group of students within a structured family-like setting on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; eligible couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; maximum of three dependent children allowed in the student home; adhere to campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol while on duty; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian services; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
