Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school in Hershey, PA, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing a nurturing family-like environment and essential support in a career-focused educational setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples who have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus regulations including smoke-free and weapon-free policies, limitations on pets, and no alcohol while on duty; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
