Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists in Hershey, PA. This unique role involves guiding and nurturing groups of students in a family-like environment, offering comprehensive support for their educational journey from pre-K through 12th grade.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license with the capability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; both spouses must complete an individual employment application; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
