Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering exceptional career-focused education and support to students from pre-K through 12th grade, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school ensures a fully endowed environment that caters to the needs of both students and staff, providing all necessary resources for growth and success. MHS is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, residing on-campus to nurture and guide a group of students, offering a family-like structure and support system.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; comfortable leading daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans
